Who we are
We allow booking on our website and through chats on our Facebook page. All bookings are treated as requests prior to confirmation by the Resort Manager. If you booked on the website, you’ll get email confirmations accordingly. If your booking was done manually, do not expect an email confirmation, your chat record or perhaps payment slip may serve as your confirmation when you arrive at the resort. We reserve all the rights to accept and decline bookings.
If you upload images taken in or around our resort to your Facebook (Meta) account or other social media handles, we reserve the right to share those on our social platforms and website without prior notice. We will not share your images or videos to any other platforms other than those mentioned above.
Payments are done locally through bank transfer to the accounts we forward to you or through our Custom Payment page which can be accessed here: Pay Here. Every confirmed reservation is subjected to a 50% down payment and the balance paid on or before you checkout at the resort.
Cancellation and Refunds
In case of sudden changes regarding checkpionts and lockdown or if the weather is extremely bad, the option is to move/chnage booked date. 50% down payments made to confirm reservations are Non-Refundable. Change of date due to persoanl resons must be made atleast 7 days prior to booked dated.
